Questionnaire on Teachers’ Attitudes and Learning Needs
Introduction
Sense of initiative and entrepreneurship is a key competence for lifelong learning. Defined as the ability to turn ideas into action, it involves creativity, innovation and risk-taking, as well as the ability to understand a context, seize opportunities that arise and plan/manage projects. In this framework, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial learning comprises various activities aiming to foster an entrepreneurial mind-set among young people by helping them to develop the skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary to be an enterprising individual in life.
To have entrepreneurial students we need entrepreneurial teachers. This questionnaire is designed to help understand teachers’ attitudes towards entrepreneurship/entrepreneurial education and collect information about what they need to implement entrepreneurial practices in their schools.
Depending on the needs at local level, the questionnaire can be focused on entrepreneurship or entrepreneurial education, and it can be translated and customised by taking out some questions or changing their answer options.
