TET – Busy at working life
TET is a program providing one to three weeks of working experience in a real job during middle school.
The program is one to three weeks long and takes place in 7th to 9th grade, depending on the school. Each student can choose and apply to his or her job independently and has to sign a contract with both the school and the employer. Note that the contract is not a employment contract.
During the program students will learn about their own strengths and skills, develop social skills and enhance knowledge about working life.
The goal of the program is to enable students to make better choices regarding their career and build their network. The program inspires students to be more entrepreneurial and also allows them to learn skills needed in working life.
