Innovation Camps
Innovation Camp is a 24-hour event that challenges teams of 4-6 students to come up with solutions/ideas to specific business or social challenges. After the teams go through the research and development phase (guided by business volunteers from their community) they each prepare a presentation of their solution in front of a jury panel.
Students develop a better understanding of the business world or social issues in their community, while developing an entrepreneurial spirit through the principle of “learning by doing”.
JA offices across Europe run Innovation Camps in different fields (STEM, digital entrepreneurship and coding, social entrepreneurship, etc) and provide the material support (like business canvas) as well as training and preparation for teachers and volunteers.
